As we look ahead to 2026, our focus remains unchanged: caring for patients thoughtfully, honestly, and with deep respect for the trust involved in facial plastic surgery.

The past year offered an important moment of reflection. In 2025, our practice had the privilege of caring for 225 surgical patients, performing 491 individual surgical procedures, and completing 668 total procedures, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments. These numbers are not milestones to celebrate on their own, but rather a reflection of the responsibility entrusted to us by patients seeking facial rejuvenation.

It is also important to clarify how we view experience. Many patients undergo more than one procedure during a single operation. For example, a patient who has lower blepharoplasty combined with facial fat transfer is counted as one surgical patient, but two distinct surgical procedures, each planned and performed individually. This distinction reflects the complexity of facial surgery and the level of care required for every component.

Looking back, the most commonly performed surgical procedures in our practice included facial fat transfer, deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty. This naturally reflects a focused facial plastic surgery practice and the growing demand for results that look refreshed, balanced, and natural rather than overdone.

As a triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon in New York City, my practice remains intentionally centered on facial surgery. Experience is built through repetition, continued learning, humility, and careful attention to detail. High surgical volume matters only insofar as it reinforces sound judgment, refined technique, and the ability to tailor each procedure to the individual patient.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are genuinely excited for what lies ahead. Our commitment is to continue refining our approach to deep plane facelift, neck lift surgery, eyelid surgery, and facial fat transfer, while maintaining honest communication, realistic expectations, and patient-first care at every step.

Most importantly, we remain grateful — to our patients for their trust, to our team for their dedication, and to our families for their support. We look forward to continuing this work in 2026 with the same care, thoughtfulness, and respect that have always guided our practice.
