The patient is a 50 y.o female who had breast augmentation long time ago and unfortunately developed significant capsular contracture on the right side causing severe pain. As a result, she developed breast asymmetry with her right breast riding higher than left breast.She underwent capsulectomy of right breast and removal and replacement of breast implants on both sides. Her pictures at 2 months follow-up demonstrate symmetrical breasts and her pain symptoms have essentially resolved.She was seen 2 months post-operatively and had wonderful perky breasts with corrected droopiness.
