The patient is a 35 y.o female who had multiple pregnancies resulting in adiposity of the back and deflated buttocks. She underwent Liposuction of upper abdomen, lower abdomen, flanks, upper back and lower back with fat transfer to buttocks and hips as a part of her mommy make-over surgery.Her follow up at 6 weeks demonstrates significantly improved contours of her hips and buttock area.
