The patient is a 34 y.o male who was distraught due to enlarged breasts a.k.a gynecomastia. He underwent liposuction of the breast along with excision of the glandular breast through periareolar incision.His follow-up picture from 1 month after the surgery demonstrate significantly improved appearance of his chest.
