The patient is a 40 y.o female who had excess abdominal wall laxity and lipodystrophy of torso and deflated buttocks secondary to multiple pregnancies. She underwent tummy tuck, Lipo 360 (liposuction of abdomen, flanks, back) with fat transfer to hips and buttocks.This picture was shared at 1 month post-op by the patient during lymphatic massage.
