The patient is a 39 y.o female who presented with droopy breasts with grade 3 breast ptosis secondary to multiple pregnancies. She was operated for breast lift using a superomedial pedicle and short scar technique.Her follow up picture at 10 weeks demonstrate improved upper pole fullness and correction of breast droopiness.
