The patient is a 32 y.o female who was always bothered by hollowing of her cheeks. She felt she looked tired even with all the makeup. She was also concerned about eye bags under her lower eyelids. She underwent lower blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer to cheeks and tear tough area under local anesthesia. She had minimal bruising post-op. Post-operatively, her eyebags are gone and her midface is volumized giving her an elegant appearance. She told me that she has received so many compliments at work about her refreshed look.
