Lower Blepharoplasty
The patient is a 32 y.o female who was always bothered by eyebags underneath her lower eyelids. She was distressed since she looked tired even with all the makeup. She was also concerned about hollowing of her cheeks and tear trough area. She underwent lower blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer to cheeks and tear tough area under local anesthesia. She had minimal bruising post-op. Post-operatively, her eyebags are gone and her midface is volumized giving her an elegant appearance. She told me that she has received so many compliments at work about her refreshed look.
